Our space is available for free to those who share our passion for fostering a community of belonging and support for the deaf and hard-of-hearing. Please note that this is not a private rental, and we ask that all event hosts respect our guidelines and values. Join us in creating a space where everyone can feel at home.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: At Austin Deaf Club, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide flexibility for our valued customers. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: 1. Cancellation Policy: Full Refund (100%): Cancellations made 48-72 hours or more prior to the scheduled rental date will receive a full refund. No Refund:Cancellations made within 12 hours or less of the scheduled rental date are not eligible for a refund. 2. Rescheduling Policy: Free Rescheduling: Customers can reschedule their rental at no additional cost if the request is made 48-72 hours or more before the original rental date.
